Coverage Rates

Handling & Storage
- Store sealed containers above freezing — a single freeze cycle ruins water-based emulsion in the drum or tote.
- Keep containers tightly closed, out of direct sunlight, and away from ignition sources.
- Standard PPE per the SDS: nitrile gloves, safety glasses, long sleeves.
- Wash skin contact with soap and water before the emulsion dries.
- Apply with air and pavement temperatures 50°F and rising, no rain forecast for 24 hours, humidity under 90%.
